【摘要】 黑玉米含有丰富的花色苷—黑色素 .本文报道了从黑玉米中提取黑色素的工艺流程 ,即探讨了不同的提取剂、提取时间、提取剂浓度、提取剂用量及提取剂的 pH值对黑玉米中黑色素提取率的影响 ,因而确定了黑玉米的最佳提取工艺 ,即以黑玉米 (g) :提取剂 (ml)为 1∶5的比例 ,80 %乙醇做提取剂 ,提取剂的pH =1 .0 ,在 (80± 1 )℃的恒温条件下回流 1h .更多还原

【Abstract】 Black corn contains rich anthocyanin black pigment. This thesis reports the process flow of extracting the black pigment from the black corn. The optimum extracting process is decided: under thermostatic condition (80±1) ℃, 1∶5 of black corn (g) and agent of extraction (ml),80%of ethanol,1.0 of pH and 1hour of reflux time are available.更多还原
