【摘要】 检察机关对行政诉讼实行监督 ,这是法律明确规定的。但现行法律规定的监督范围比较狭窄 ,监督方式也比较单一。因此 ,应当赋予检察机关对行政诉讼实行全面监督的权力。除有权按照审判监督程序提出抗诉外 ,检察机关还应有权提起行政诉讼、参与行政诉讼和按照上诉程序提出抗诉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although it is provided in the law that procuratorial organs should exercise supervision over executive litigations, yet the scope and the way of supervision is too small and lacks diversity. Therefore, procuratorial organs should be given greater power to fully exert their supervision: Apart from the power to counter-prosecute according to trial-supervision procedures, they should be empowered with executive prosecution to take part in prosecution process and counter-prosecute according to above-mentioned procedures.更多还原
