【摘要】 目的 :试对新生儿正常硬脑静脉窦大小进行测量 ,以便为某些病理改变进行鉴别时提供参考依据 方法 :临床拟诊为缺氧缺血性脑病足月新生儿 30例常规头颅轴位CT平扫 ,要求体位对称 ,对显示的硬脑膜窦进行大小测量并统计显示率 结果 :乙状窦宽约 5 7mm :横窦宽约4 5mm ;直窦宽约 3 0mm ;后段上矢状窦前后径约 5 5mm ;左右径约 7 4mm 结论 :新生儿硬脑膜窦显示率远较成人高 ,原因有容积效应小 ,硬脑膜窦与脑组织密度差异大及血流动力学改变三方面原因 ;测量硬脑膜窦的正常大小在诊断新生儿颅内出血时有参考意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To try to measure newly-born baby′s normal sinus of dura mater to help with the distinction Methods: Thirty newly-born babies diagnosed to be HIE were scanned by a routine method and we measured the width of normal sinus of dura mater Results: The widths of sinus sigmoideus, sinus transversus and sinus rectus were 5 7mm, 4 5mm, and 3 0mm respeetively;the width from front to back and the width from left to right of latter sinus sagittalis inferior were 5 5mm and 7 4mm conclusion: The showing rate of newly-born baby′s sinus of dura mater is far higher than adult′s and its causes are lower volume effect higher difference of density between sinus of dura mater and brain,the change of blood flow dynamics and so on;measuring the width of newly-born baby′s normal sinus of dura mater can help us diagnose newly-born baby′s bleeding brain diseases更多还原
