【摘要】 对国内外造纸法薄片的生产工艺、品质 (包括外观状况、物理性质、常规化学成分、感官评吸情况、主要香味成分 )和配方使用情况进行了详细的比较 ,分析了国产造纸法薄片生产及质量中存在的问题。初步分析认为 ,国产造纸法薄片的常规物理化学性质和在卷烟产品降焦方面的作用与国外同类产品基本相当 ,但吸味和主要香味成分的含量较国外同类产品有一定差距。对国产造纸法薄片的生产工艺与设备提出了改进建议更多还原

【Abstract】 Production technology, characteristic (including appearance, physical properties, chemical components, major aroma constituents, sensory evaluation), and proportion of two domestic and one foreign paper\|process tobacco sheets in cigarette blends were compared. Some problems related to manufacturing quality of domestic tobacco sheets were analyzed. The analytic results showed that although the physical properties, major chemical components, and tar deliveries of domestic and foreign tobacco sheets were comparable, the content of key aroma constituents in the two domestic tobacco sheets was lower than that in the foreign one and the smoking taste of domestic tobacco sheets was not as good as that of the foreign one. Improvements of the production technology and equipment of domestic paper\|process tobacco sheet were suggested.更多还原
