烟丝香气成分分析中固相微萃取方法的改进
Improvement of SPME Sampling Methods for Analyzing Aroma Constituents in Cut Tobacco
【摘要】 采用固相微萃取顶空取样和气相色谱 -质谱法分析卷烟烟丝的香气成分。实验采用 6 5 μmCW -DVB纤维头 ,烟丝用量为 1g ,探讨了如下 3种取样方法 :①先在 1g烟丝中加入 1ml 3mol/LKCl溶液 ,然后在 95℃下用 6 5 μmCW -DVB纤维头顶空取样 15min ;② 1g烟丝 ,在 95℃下用 6 5 μmCW -DVB纤维头顶空取样 15min ;③ 1g烟丝 ,用 6 5 μmCW -DVB纤维头先在 95℃下顶空取样 15min ,然后再于 2 5℃下取样 15min。在第 3种取样条件下 ,低沸点成分和高沸点成分均获得最高的采样灵敏度 ,而第 1种取样方法的效果最差。对出现上述结果的原因进行了理论解释
【Abstract】 The aroma constituents in cut tobacco were analyzed by HS\|SPME\|GC\|MS. The 65μm CW\|DVB fiber was used. Three sampling conditions were investigated, 1): 1.0 g of cut tobacco, added with 1mL of 3 mol/L KCl solution, headspace sampling 15 minutes with the 65μm CW\|DVB fiber at 95℃; 2): 1.0 g of cut tobacco, headspace sampling 15 minutes with the fiber at 95℃; and 3): 1.0 g of cut tobacco, headspace sampling 15 minutes with the fiber at 95℃, then sampling 15minutes at 25℃. The results showed that condition 3 gave the most sensitive results for all the volatile constituents. The theoretical illustration of the results was also given.
