【摘要】 目的:探讨依贝沙坦对原发性高血压病人高血压相关性心、肾损害的影响。方法:44例原发性高血压患者予以依贝沙坦治疗6个月,治疗前后分别观察血压、血尿素氮、血肌酐、血尿酸和24h尿蛋白,并用心脏超声测量左心室重量。结果:依贝沙坦能显著降低原发性高血压患者血压(P<0.01);依贝沙坦能逆转左室肥厚(P<0.01),改善左心室舒张功能(P<0.05);依贝沙坦使尿蛋白排泄量减少(P<0.O1),血肌酐水平下降(P<0.05)。对血尿素氮和尿酸无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:依贝沙坦在降压同时能改善和逆转原发性高血压病人的心、肾损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of irbesartan on the heart and kidney injury associated with hypertension in essential hypertension (EH) patients. Methods:44 patients with EH were studied. The treatment with irbesartan was lasted 6 months. Blood pressure( BP) , blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood creatinine(Cr), blood uric acid(UA), total urinoprotein of 24 hours and left ventricular mass(LVM) by echocardiography were examined before and in the end of the study. Results: Irbesartan significantly decreased the BP in patients with EH(P<0.05). Irbesartan significantly decreased the left ventricular mass (P<0.01) and improved LV diastolic function (P<0. 05) in the patients with EH. Irbesartan significantly decreased protein excretions of kidney(P<0. 01) and decreased the level of blood Cr(P<0.05),but not the levels of BUN and UA (P>0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan decrease blood pressure and reverse the injury of heart and kidney in patients with EH.更多还原
