【摘要】 [目的 ]观察单眼弱视儿童的弱视眼和健侧眼的图形视觉诱发电位 .[方法 ]检测单眼弱视儿童 49人 98只眼和正常儿童 2 8人 5 6只眼图形视觉诱发电位P10 0 波振幅和潜伏期 ,并进行统计分析 .[结果 ]单眼弱视儿童弱视眼的图形视觉诱发电位P10 0 波振幅明显下降 ,潜伏期明显延长 ;其健侧眼的P10 0 波亦有病理性改变 ,主要表现在振幅的下降 .[结论 ]单眼弱视儿童不仅弱视眼有明显异常 ,而且健侧眼亦表现为不正常 .更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo study the changes of pattern v isual evoked potential (P-VEP) of the lazy eye and the other normal eye in sing le lazy eye of amblyopic children.METHODSThe amplitude and l atent period of P-VEP P 100 wave were tested in 98 eyes of 49 cases o f sin gle lazy eye of amblyopic children and 56 eyes of 28 cases of healthy individua l, and that were statistically analyzed.RESULTSIn the single lazy eye of amblyopic children group, P-VEP P 100 amplitude was obviously decreased， and latency was significantly prolonged than control group. The P- VEP P100 of the other normal eyes had pathological change, those amplitude were decreased, too.CONCLUSIONThe other side eye in single l azy eye of amblyopic children is not healthy.更多还原
