【摘要】 [目的 ]用血液磁化量子仪治疗肾综合征出血热病人 ,观察血气指标及血液流变学的变化 ,探讨其治疗作用 .[方法 ]选择发热期和休克期病人 6 8例 ,进行血液磁化量子仪治疗前后的血气指标及血液流变学的分析及比较 .[结果 ]治疗前后动脉血 pH值和二氧化碳分压无明显变化 ,动脉血氧分压明显升高 ,血液流变学各项指标明显好转 .[结论 ]血液磁化量子仪对改善肾综合征出血热病人低氧血症和缩短疗程有一定的作用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo study the influence of ultra vi olet blood irradiation(UBI) to blood gas analysis and hemorhedlgy of patients wi th hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS).METHODS68 ca ses of febrile and shock stage were selected and the blood gas analysis and hemorheology were measured before and after treatme nt with UBI, respectively.RESULTSthe arterial pH and PaCO 2 w ere no change, and the arterial PO 2 was higher than that in control group and the ite ms in hemorheology marker were significantly improvement than that in control gr oup.CONCLUSIONThe UBI has therapeutic effects for the hypoxe mia and blood gas analysis in HFRS.更多还原
