【摘要】 [目的 ]总结冠状动脉搭桥术治疗 11例冠心病的经验 ,探讨其手术方法及围手术期主要并发症的发生及处理方法 .[方法 ]11例中男 9例 ,女 2例 ;平均年龄 5 6岁 .有陈旧性心肌梗死病史者 5例(4 5 % ) ,合并二尖瓣狭窄及关闭不全 (中度 )者 1例 .2例 (18% )曾在术前接受过经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术和 (或 )支架置入术 .手术均在低温体外循环心脏停跳下施行 .1例同期做了二尖瓣置换术 .[结果 ]1例在术后第 2天发生急性心肌梗死 ,1例在术后第 9天发生脑血管并发症 .出院时除 1例外其余病例的心绞痛症状均消失 .[结论 ]认识接受冠状动脉搭桥术人群的特殊性 ,熟练掌握冠状动脉手术的外科技术 ,合理选择适应症 ,及早发现和正确处理并发症是提高手术疗效的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVETo review the surgical technique of coronary artery bypass grafting and study the occurrence and treatment of major complication around the surgery.METHODS11 patients were operated with coronary artery bypass grafting,in witch there were 9 males and 2 females, 56 of average age, 5 cases(45%)with stale myocardial infarction, one case annexed with mitral stenosis and mitral regurgitation (medium) and 2 cases(18%) received PTCA and (or) stent implantation. All cases was operated under low temperature pump and 1 case was performed concomitant mitral valve replacement.RESULTS1 case experienced acute myocardial infarction the day after operation and 1 case experienced encephalic vessel complication the 9th day after operation. Angina was disappeared with the patients received operation except one case and curative effect was satisfactory.CONCLUSIONProper selection, skilled surgical technique, early detection and correct management of postoperative complication are important to improve surgical outcome.更多还原
