【Abstract】 A portable system for monitoring and diagnosing mechanical running condition of rotary kiln has been studied and developed.Describes in detail the hardware and software techniques of the system.The system is small in size,light in weight,easy to operate,and with powerful diagnosis and analysis functions.It is suitable to monitor and diagnose the mechanical running condition of rotary kiln on the spot,and can supply the best adjustment parameters,direct the adjustment of rotary kiln,thus improve its running condition greatly.更多还原
