【Abstract】 This paper introduces a metric apparatus of 3-D coordinate using intangible CCD,which can measure diffused reflecting curves that have complicated figures,and obtain the 3-D data of the exterior figures.The article also presents the metrical principles of the apparatus,the components of the microcomputer control system and error analysis.更多还原
