【摘要】 目的 :深入了解普尔夏 (Purtscher)视网膜病变的临床表现、发病机制和预后。方法 :回顾性分析 1987年～ 2 0 0 1年我院眼科遇到的 13例 15只眼Purtscher视网膜病变的主要临床表现及伴发的周身病变 ,并观察预后与眼底表现的关系。结果 :13例 15只眼中 6例 8只眼预后差 ,视网膜梗塞性病变位于黄斑中心凹区 ;7例 7只眼预后好 ,视网膜梗塞性病变发生于黄斑中心凹以外部位。结论 :Purtscher视网膜病变的视力预后取决于视网膜脉络膜损伤部位 ;黄斑中心凹部位损害 ,预后差更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To further study the clinical manifestation,pathogenesis and prognosis of Purtscher’s retinopathy. Method:13 patients (15 eyes) with Purtscher’s retinopathy were seen from 1987 to 2001.Their data were analysed retrospectively,especially about the ocular fundus findings,traumas or associated systemic diseases,and the relationship between ocular fundus findings and prognosis.Result:In 13 cases(15 eyes) with Purtscher’s retinopathy the prognosis of vision is unfavourable in 6 cases(8 eyes) because the choridoretinal lesions located in foveomacular region,while in 7 cases(7 eyes) as the choridoretinal lesions located outside foveomacular region the prognosis of vision is good.Conclusion:Prognosis of vision in Purtscher’s retinopathy is depended on the location of retinochoridal lesions:poor prognosis in foveomacular region;and favourable prognosis outside foveomacular region.更多还原
