【Abstract】 A detailed study on the fluorescence properties of abscisic acid (ABA) has been undertaken with concentrated sulfuric acid in a boiling water bath,the maxmum wave length of excited light is 373 nm,and the maxmum wave length of emitted light is 490 nm.The detection limit is 0.31 μg·L -1 of ABA,and the calibration graph is linear over the range of 1.2～3 500 μg·L -1 .更多还原
