【摘要】 目的 :观察复方三七口服液对衰老小鼠的免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响。方法 :用D -半乳糖衰老模型小鼠连续灌服复方三七口服液 2 0 ,40ml·kg- 1 /d× 64d ,分别测定免疫和抗氧化功能。结果 :复方三七口服液能增加D -半乳糖实验性衰老模型小鼠脏器指数 ,加快碳粒廓清速率 ,增强淋巴细胞转化能力 ,明显提高血清超氧化物歧化酶水平并降低脂质过氧化物含量。结论 :复方三七口服液可增强免疫和抗氧化功能从而能延缓衰老更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Compound sanqi oral liqour(CoSQ) on immune and anti-oxidation of aging mice.Methods:CoSQ was administrated 20,40ml/kg per day for 64 days to experimental models aged mice induced by D-galactose,then the Immune and antioxidant functions were estimated.Results:CoSQ Could obviously increase the organ index,carbon granule clearance and promote the speen lymphocyte proliferation and increased the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum,in addition,CoSQ could obviously decreas the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in serum of aged mice.Conclusion:CoSQ could delay aging induced by D-galactose in mice by enhancing immune function and anti-oxidation function.更多还原
