人工海水培育尖吻鲈Lates calcarifer(Bloch)稚幼鱼的生长特性

【摘要】 对尖吻鲈Lates calcarifer(Bloch)稚鱼、早期幼鱼进行人工海水培育生长特性研究结果,个体均全长0.83cm,均重0.006g的稚鱼经室内水池和室外土池的47d培育,终均全长5.16cm,均重2.15kg;全长日均增长率3.89%,与培育时间的关系式为L=0.8511e0.0367d;体重日均增长率12.51%,与培育时间的关系式为W=0.0093e0.1121d;全长与体重的回归方程为W=0.0168L2.8899,幂指数b接近3,表明体重与全长的立方呈正相关,属于均匀生长型。

【Abstract】 Growth characteristics of breeding Lates calcarifer’ s (Bloch) juvenile and early-stage young Fish under artificial seawater have been observed. The results show that total length and body weight of juvenile with an average of 0.83cm and 0.006g have growed into 5.16cm and 2.15g through 47d inside and outside pond. The growth rate of total length and body weight is 3.89% and 12.51% for everyday. The relationships of total length(L)/day, Model(1) and body weight(W)/day, Model(2) and total length /body weight,Model(3) are exponential. These relationships can be expressed by a curvilinear coreation as follows: ( 1 ) L = 0.8511e0.0367d, (2) W = 0.0093e0.1121d, (3) W = 0.0168L2.8899. Lates calcarifer has generally been described as even growth pattern fishes.
