放射性比活度不同的饮水对小鼠生殖及细胞遗传功能的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察放射性水平不同的饮水对小鼠遗传性状及生殖功能的影响。方法 昆明种幼鼠随机分为 3组 ,分别喂养至第 50、1 0 0、1 50天时进行动物骨髓细胞微核试验、染色体畸变分析、精子畸形及小鼠生育力实验。结果 两处理组与对照组不同时相点的微核、染色体畸变率及精子畸形等指标差异未显示出统计学意义 (P <0 0 5) ;高本底放射性饮水对实验动物生育力和胎鼠生长发育水平表现出一定的促进作用。结论 该实验浓度的高本底放射性饮水未观察到遗传性效应及生殖功能障碍

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of drinking water with different levels of background radiation on cytogenetic trait and reproductive function of mice. Methods The Kunming young mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, one group fed with tap water and the other two fed with drinking water with different background radiation levels. Samples were collected on the 50th, 100th and 150th day respectively for morphological observation of micronucleus, chromosome aberration rate in bone marrow cell, sperm, and fertility. Results In term of micronucleus, chromosome aberration, sperm indexes, there were no significant differences among the 3 groups( P <0 05). The water containing high background radiation could significantly improve the fertility of Kunming mice and the development of their offsprings, and no harmful effects were found in reproductive tests. Conclusion The results indicated that the drinking water containing high background radiation level under experimental condition appeared to have no cytogenetic toxicity and reproductive disability.
