【摘要】 目的　观察不同剂量中药对顺铂 (DDP)所致大鼠贫血的影响。方法　经尾静脉注射DDP(8mg/kg)诱发大鼠贫血 ,同时给大鼠灌服不同剂量益气补肾中药 ,采用胎肝细胞氚标记胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷 (3H TdR)渗入法检测大鼠血清促红细胞生成素 (EPO)的含量 ,并同时观察了大鼠肾组织形态的改变。结果　中剂量益气补肾中药能明显升高大鼠全血血红蛋白 (Hb)、血清EPO的水平 ,并使血清尿素氮 (BUN)含量明显降低 ,病理切片也证实中药对大鼠肾脏有保护作用。结论　适当剂量的益气补肾中药能有效拮抗DDP所致肾损伤 ,减轻DDP对EPO产生的抑制 ,从而起到抑制DDP所致大鼠贫血的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of the certain herbs at different doses on cisplatin induced anemia in rats. Methods Anemia was induced in SD rats by cisplatin (DDP, 8 mg/kg, tail i.v.). Then, the decoction of the herbs which could strengthen vital energy and tonify kidney was gavaged to the rats and serum erythropoietin (EPO) levels were measured by the method of 3H TdR incorporation in fetal liver cells. Moreover, the pathological changes in renal tissue were studied by light microscope. Results Medium dose of the herbs could increase hemoglobin (Hb) and serum EPO levels, and reduce the content of serum urea nitrogen (BUN) in rats of cisplatin induced anemia. Pathological examination revealed the protective effect of the herbs on the kidneys of the rats. Conclusion Proper dose of the herbs could minimize the suppression of EPO and antagonize the kidney damage induced by cisplatin, thus having a good inhibitory effects on cisplatin induced anemia in rats.更多还原
