【摘要】 目的　探讨三氯乙烯所致药疹样皮炎治疗的较好方法 ,降低死亡率。方法　对 2 2例三氯乙烯所致药疹样皮炎患者采用糖皮质激素控制变态反应。结果　 19例治愈 (占 86 4% ) ,19例中 ,1例于皮肤损害消退 ,肝功能恢复正常 1个月后出现糖尿病 ;3例死亡 ,其中 2例于昏迷 3 0h后转入我院 ,死于多脏器功能障碍 ,1例死于金黄色葡萄球菌性败血症。结论　糖皮质激素是救治此病成败的关键 ,使用中须注意 :及早使用、足量、规则用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the better effect of treatment of dermatitis due to trichloroethylene (TCE) in order to reduce death rate. Methods The data of 22 patients suffering from dermatitis due to TCE were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 22 patients,19 cases(86.4%) were cured. One of 19 cases had damaged skin vanished and liver function returned to normal, but suffered from diabetes mellitus one month later. Three patients were dead. Among these cases, two patients died of multiple system organ failure (MSOF), one patient was killed by staphylococcal hematosepsis. Conclusion Glucocorticoid would be the key to make success in treatment of these diseases and should be paid attention to be used in time with full quality and regularly.更多还原
