【摘要】 目的 :观察复方益康唑乳膏治疗肛周湿疹合并感染的疗效。方法 :6 8例肛周湿疹病人分为 2组 :复方益康唑乳膏组 34例 (男性 2 0例 ,女性 14例 ,年龄 2 8a±s 10a) ;复方地塞米松软膏组 34例(男性 15例 ,女性 19例 ,年龄 30a± 12a)。 2组病人每日早、晚 2次外用各药于肛周皮损。疗程 2wk。结果 :治疗 2wk后前者有效率为 97% ,细菌清除率为 10 0 % ;后者分别为 5 6 %和 6 8%。 2组临床疗效经Ridit分析差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,2组临床症状和体征改善程度治疗前后和组间比较经t检验 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。复方益康唑乳膏耐受性良好。结论 :复方益康唑乳膏对合并感染的肛周湿疹有较好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the efficacy of compound econazole cream in treating eczema around anus with bacterial infection. METHODS: The sixty-eight patients with eczema around anus were divided into two groups. Compound econazole cream group of thirty-four patients (M 20, F 14; age 28 a±s 10 a) was treated with compound econazole cream; Compound dexamethasone cream group of thirty-four patients (M 15, F 19; age 30 a±12 a) was treated with compound dexamethasone cream, bid, for 2 wk. RESULTS: After 2 wk treatment, the effective rate and bacterial clearance in the former group were 97 % and 100 % while 56 % and 68 % in latter. The significant difference was found between two groups by Ridit analysis (P<0.01). There was significant difference by t-test in improvement of each clinical symptom and sign between two groups (P<0.01). The patients tolerance was good in former group. The adverse reactions of the former group were mild. CONCLUSION: Compound econazole cream is more effective in treating eczema around anus with bacterial infection.更多还原
