【摘要】 目的 :比较胞磷胆碱钠胶囊和吡拉西坦片治疗脑梗死的疗效和不良反应。方法 :随机双盲双模拟对照试验。试验组 10 5例 (男性 5 5例 ,女性 5 0例 ,年龄 61a±s 12a)。每日口服胞磷胆碱钠胶囊9粒 (90 0mg)和安慰剂片 ,分 3次口服 ,8wk为一个疗程。对照组 10 5例 (男性 4 6例 ,女性 5 9例 ,年龄 60a± 9a) ,每日口服吡拉西坦片 6片 (2 4 0 0mg)和安慰剂胶囊 ,分 3次口服 ,8wk为一个疗程。结果 :试验组与对照组总有效率分别为 93.3% ,71.4 % ,2组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胞磷胆碱钠胶囊是一个安全有效的治疗脑梗死药物 ,疗效优于吡拉西坦片。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of citicoline capsules and piracetam tablets in treating cerebral infarction. METHODS: The double blind and random method was used. In experimental group one hundred and five patients (M 55, F 50; age 61 a± s 12 a) were treated with three capsules of citicoline (0.1 g·capsule -1 ) and two tablets placebo po , tid for 8 wk. In control group one hundred and five patients (M 46, F 59; age 60 a±9 a) were treated with three capsules of placebo and two tablets of piracetam (0.4 g·tab -1 ), po , tid for 8 wk. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 93.3 % in the experimental group and 71.4% in the control group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Citicoline capsules are superior to piracetam tablet in treating cerebral infarction.更多还原
