【摘要】 目的 :观察他扎罗汀凝胶治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效与安全性 ,并与卡泊三醇软膏比较。方法 :71例斑块型银屑病病人分为 2组 ,他扎罗汀组 36例 ,每晚外涂 1次 ;卡泊三醇组 35例 ,早、晚各外涂1次 ,2组疗程均为 12wk。结果 :2组的总有效率分别为 83%和 79% ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :他扎罗汀凝胶治疗斑块型银屑病安全有效 ,与卡泊三醇相仿更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the efficacy and safety of tazarotene gel in the treatment of plaque type psoriasis and compare with calcipotriol ointment. METHODS: Seventy one patients with plaque type psoriasis were divided into two groups. Thirty six patients were treated with tazarotene gel topically qn for 12 wk. Thirty five patients were treated with calcipotriol ointment topically q12 h for 12 wk. RESULTS: In both tazarotene group and calcipotriol group, the total effective rates were 83 % and 79 % respectively. There were no obvious differences between the two groups( P >0.05). CONCLUSION: Tazarotene gel is similar to calcipotriol ointment, safe and effective in therapy for plaque type psoriass.更多还原
