【摘要】 目的 :探讨、分析子宫内膜腺囊性增生的声像图特征。方法 :回顾性分析经病理证实的 2 0例子宫内膜腺囊性增生的超声及临床特征。结果 :子宫内膜呈囊实性回声者 8例 ,单纯增厚并回声增强者 9例 ,增厚伴低回声结节者 2例 ,无增厚但回声增强者 1例。结论 :子宫内膜腺囊性增生具有较典型的声像图特征 ,再辅以必要的临床检验手段 ,就能对该病做出及时、准确的诊断和治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse and explore the character of ultrasound imagine diagram of 20 cases of endometrium cystic glandular hyperplasia, and to raise accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis.Methods:To analyse retrospectively the ultrasound and clinic character of 20 patients who have endometrium cystic glandular hyperplasia.Results:8 cases of endometrium show cystic solid echo,9 cases show simple thickening and accentuated echo,2 cases show thickening and low echo tuberculum, l ceases shows no thickening endometrium and accenntuated echo.Conclusion:Endometrium cystic glandular hyperplasia have typical ultrasound imagine diagram character,if add essential clinical examination,we can diagnose the disease promptly and accurately.更多还原
