【摘要】 目的 :介绍我所引进Marconi公司介入磁共振系统进行的微创性介入MRI方法、步骤、准确性和操作经验体会。方法 :采用Marconi公司生产的 0 .2 3T开放式磁共振成像仪 ,在介入MRipath 2 0 0 (大屏幕显示器和红外线被动示踪光学导航系统 )引导下对 38例患者清晰显示介入过程。结果 :新的介入引导设备使所有手术均几乎在实时监控下完成 ,获的成功。结论 :介入性磁共振可用来进行微创性经皮介入 ,包括导向、监测和随访更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this clinical trial was to describe the methodology,evaluate the accuracy and analysis the experience of optical tracking based magnetic resonance-guided.Methods:38 cases were performed with 0.23T Marconi ipath 200 MRI with large screen display and optical navigator utilizing infrared passive tracking.Results:The new open configuration MRI devices may facilitate almost all interventional procedures to be performed with almost real-time imaging speed.Conclusion:Acting as a guidance modality for percutaneous and minimally invasive interventional procedures,where it can be employed for guidance, monitoring,and following-up,has the bright for MRI.更多还原
