【摘要】 目的 :建立测定四逆散中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 :用反相HPLC测定四逆散中芍药苷含量 ,以C18柱 ,乙腈 水 (2 0∶80 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 30nm。结果 :该方法线性关系优良 ,平均加样回收率为 99.4 7% ,RSD =1.12 %。结论 :方法灵敏、重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the determinate method of Paeoniflorin in Sinisa.Methods:Paeoniflorin in Sinisa was directlly determined by reversed HPLC.Acetonitrile water(20∶80) was used as the mobile phase on C 18 column.Detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Results:The vaerage recovery was 99.47% with RSD=1.12%.Conclusion:The method was highly sensitive with good reproducibility.更多还原
