【摘要】 研究了肝舒胶囊中主药龙胆草的有效成分龙胆苦苷的提取、分离、测定。采用醋酸乙酯 甲醇 (7∶1)混合溶剂 ,定量、定时提取龙胆苦苷 ,再经柱层析及薄层层析分离、纯化 ,能较完全地将复方制剂肝舒胶囊中的龙胆苦苷提取出来并进行含量测定分析。经 5批的回收率试验 ,平均回收率为 97.5 7% ,RSD为 2 .16 %更多还原

【Abstract】 The extraction,separation,determination of Gentiopicrin which was the active component of Radix Gentianae in GanSu capsules was studied.The Gentiopicrin was extracted by ethyl acetate methanol(7∶1)mixture solvent quantivatively and regularly,then separated and purified by Colum Chromtography and Thin Layer Chromatography. The Gentiopicrin was extracted from the compound preparation GanSu capsules completely and was determinated.After five batch recovery test,the average recovery was 97.57%, RSD was 2.16%.更多还原
