【摘要】 目的 :通过对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)应用高压氧、纳络酮的疗效观察 ,寻找理想的治疗HIE的治疗措施。方法 :将我院收治的190例中、重度HIE患儿 ,随机分成4组 ,即Ⅰ组 (一般治疗组)、Ⅱ组(纳络酮组 )、Ⅲ组 (高压氧组)、Ⅳ组 (纳络酮加高压氧联合治疗组 ) ,对各组的疗效进行统计学分析。结果 :Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组疗效均优于Ⅰ组 ,Ⅳ组疗效优于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组之间疗效无显著性差异。结论 :高压氧与纳络酮联合应用是治疗HIE的较理想的方法之一 ,有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen(HBO)and Naloxone for treating neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE),so as to Search for an effective curative method to deal with HIE.Methods: 190 cases of HIE who were admitted to our hospital were divided four groups in randomly.namely groupⅠ(control group)?group Ⅱ(Naloxone group)?groupⅢ(HBO group)?group Ⅳ(HBO and Naloxone).The effects of all the groups were analysed with statistics.Results:The effect of Ⅱ?Ⅲand Ⅳ was superior to the group Ⅰ,the effect of group Ⅳ was superior to the groupⅡand Ⅲ.there was no significant difference in the effect between groupⅡand groupⅢ(P>0.05).Conclusion:combined application of HBO and Naloxone is one of most ideal methods for treating HIE,it is clinical value to be spread.更多还原
