【摘要】 目的 :探讨在腭裂的软腭延长手术中 ,用颊脂垫关闭软腭鼻腔粘膜松弛切口处创面的效果。方法 :选择15例裂隙较宽、软腭发育较差的单侧腭裂患者 ,手术中应用带蒂颊脂垫转移复软腭鼻腔粘膜创面。结果 :术后经6～9月的追踪观察 ,15例均用鼻咽纤维镜检查 ,发现颊脂垫均已完全上皮化 ,其外观与正常鼻腔粘膜相同 ,未见瘢痕形成 ;14例无腭咽闭合不全 ,1例有轻度腭闭合不全 ;均不需要二期咽成形术。结论 :颊脂垫瓣应用于软腭延长手术中是成功可行的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study a methed of the operation on lengthening the soft palate in cleft-palated cases.Methods:15 infants were selected to use the buccal fat pad to reconstruct the relaxing incisions in the soft palatal mucosa,who had wide unilateral cleft palate.Results:Through the observation with a nasopharyngeal fiberscope after operating for 6 to 9 months,there is no scar at the site of the buccal fat pad in each of 15 cases.The tissue of buccal fat pad is epithelized absolutely.14 have no velopharyngeal insufficiency.1 has very mild velopharyngeal insufficiency.None requires a pharyngeal flap.Conclusion:It is successful that the buccal fat pad is used to reconstruct the nasal mucosa in the procedure to lengthen the soft palate in cleft-palatal cases.更多还原
