【摘要】 为研究地中海贫血患者与血清可溶性转铁蛋白受体 (sTfR)和红细胞生成素 (EPO)的关系 ,并估计地中海贫血骨髓红系增生程度 ,应用酶联免疫法检测 50例地中海贫血患者和 50例正常人对照的sTfR和EPO水平。结果显示 ,β 重型地中海贫血患者血清EPO和sTfR水平均明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,而轻型患者与正常人无显著差别。结论 :黎族地中海贫血患者血清中EPO和sTfR水平升高与地中海贫血的类型有关更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine serum EPO and soluble transferrin receptor(sTfR) level and to assess the degree of erythropoietic proliferation in patients with thalassemia of Li nationality, 50 cases and 50 normal individuals were studied. Enzyme linked immunosobent assay was used for EPO and sTfR. Results showed that serum EPO and sTfR levels in β thalaseemia major patients were significantly higher than those in normal control group, and no significant difference in β thalassemia minor cases with those in control. It is concluded that increase of serum EPO and sTfR level is related to the type of thalassemia.更多还原
