【摘要】 为了解多发性骨髓瘤 (multiplemyeloma ,MM)细胞的免疫表型特点 ,采用三色免疫荧光直接标记法和流式细胞术对 2 0例MM患者的骨髓标本进行了免疫分型检测。研究结果发现 ,每例病人骨髓细胞中均可见一群异常的细胞 ;CD4 5 /SSC值较有核红细胞大 ;CD4 5阴性或弱阳性 ;CD38强阳性 ;CD19均为阴性 ;多数标本CD5 6阳性 ;少数标本胞浆κ(cκ)或胞浆λ(cλ)阳性及CD2 0阳性。检测的所有标本除三分之一为CD5 6 -外 ,均无正常浆细胞的表型 (CD19阳性 ,CD5 6阴性 )。结论 :流式细胞术是确定MM细胞的有用的方法 ,对MM患者骨髓细胞进行免疫表型分析有助于MM的准确诊断及治疗的监测更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the immunophenotypic characteristics of multiple myeloma(MM) cells, 20 bone marrow samples from patients with multiple myeloma were analyzed by flow cytometry with three color direct immunofluorescence staining. Results showed that all of myeloma cells expressed bright CD38, dim or negative CD45 and negative CD19. Most of the cells were CD56 + and a small portions were cκ + or cλ +, or CD20 +. The phenotypes of normal plasmocyte, CD19 + and CD56 -, except CD56 - in one third samples, were not appeared in all detected samples. It was concluded that the surface marker analysis of myeloma cells is a useful tool for diagnosis and further evaluating prognosis of multiple myeloma.更多还原
