细胞Ca2+测定研究进展
The Development About Surveying and Researching Cell Free Calcium
【摘要】 对细胞游离Ca2的研究进行了综述。分析了细胞游离Ca2+的信使作用以及常用分析研究方法,对其优、缺点进行了比较和评述。
【Abstract】 The thesis appraise the development about surveying and researching cell free Calciun and analyse the informatian carrier of cell free Calaium and comment on researching method and evaluate virtues and defects of it.
