【Abstract】 With the formal WTO Entry of our country on Dec.11,2001,the rules of WTO have been the center of market system.In this paper,aiming at th e establishment problems of stockbroker system of country,the author redefines the connotation of stockbroker agency; on the basis of analyzing the discrimina tion policy of current stockbroker behavior of our country,the author also po ints out that the stockbroker will inevitably become the core comdetition of se curities finance company,simultaneously,discussed the major broker modes of t he future securities market of our country.更多还原
