【摘要】 目的　为进一步揭示蝎毒活性肽的抗栓溶栓机制我们对蝎毒活性肽对兔血液流变性的影响进行了观察。方法　压力变换法测定全血粘度 (BV) ,血浆粘度 (PV) ,激光衍射法测定红细胞变形指数、聚集指数 (EDI ,EAI)。结果　ASP2 .5mg·kg 1,SVAPs 1.6 ,3.2mg·kg 1iv可明显降低PV <HCT <Fib ,EAI ,升高EAI,从而降低 2 0 0s 1和 3s 1BV。结论　SVAPs通过降低BV而改善兔血液流变性可能是其抗栓溶栓的作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further investigate the antithrombotic and thrombolytic mecanism of SVAPs.Methods The determination of blood viscosity(BV),plasma viscosity(PV)was carried out by pressure measurement,hematocrit(HCT). Erythrocyte deformation and aggregation index(EDI,EAI)were determined by Wintrob’s method and laser diffractilon process respectively. The level of fibrinogen(Fib)was tested by biuret method.Results ASP 2.5mg·kg 1 ,SVAPs 1.6,3.2mg·kg 1 iv could decrease the 200s 1 和3s 1 BV by the reduction of PV,HCT,Fib,EAI and the advance of EDI.Conclusion The improvement of blood rheology is properly one of the antithrombotic and thrombolytic mechanism of SVAPs.更多还原
