【摘要】 目的　探讨白细胞介素 6 (IL - 6 )在格林—巴利综合征 (GBS)发病中的作用。方法　以生物学方法检测 2 6例GBS患者血清及脑脊液中IL - 6含量。结果　GBS患者血清及脑脊液中IL - 6含量分别为 73.15± 5 4 .32 ;9.2 4±7.37U/ml,而非炎症性神经病 (NIND)组脑脊液中IL - 6含量为 3.5 6± 2 .2 5 ,正常对照组 (NC)组血清IL - 6含量为 16 .33± 10 .39U/ml。GBS患者血清及脑脊液IL - 6水平均明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;但GBS患者血清中IL - 6含量与脑脊液中IL - 6含量水平不呈线性相关 ;血清中IL - 6含量与血清免疫球蛋白含量无相关性 ,但血清免疫球蛋白水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　B淋巴细胞在GBS免疫机制中可能处于激活状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the actionthe action of IL-6 in the pathogenesis of GBS.Methods Interleukin-6 was measured in cerebrospinal fluid and serum from 26 patients with GBS by using bioassay method.Results Levels of interleukin-6 in serum and CSF was higher in GBS(73.15±54.32;9.24±3.37U/ml,respectively).than normal control group 16.33±10.3U/ml(P<0.001).While the lcvel of CSF in NIND group was 3.56±2.25U/ml.There were no correlation’s between serum IL-6 and CSF IL-6,and between serum IL-6 and serum Ig,but the levels of serum Ig were higher in GBS group than in normal control group(P<0.001).Conclusion B cells may be activated in serum of patients with GBS.更多还原
