【Abstract】 Objective To discuss how to carry out the grading nursing standards in practice to improve the nursing quality. Methods The grading nursing standards was carried out in clinical practice based on the PDCA circulating method. Results The responsibility and quality of nurses were significantly elevated and the system of grading nursing could be carried out effectively in clinical practice. Conclusion Grading nursing system can play a key role in elevating nursing level to grantee the nursing quality clinic when carried out reasonably.更多还原
