【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety of Bimin Mixture (BM) through acute and subacute toxicity tests. Methods Toxicity tests were carried out on mice to measure LD50, MLD, maximal tolerance dose (MTD) and chromosomal aberration and micronucleus rates of marrow cells. Results MLD was>68g/kg, and there were no significant changes in chromosomal aberration and micronucleus rates following the toxicity tests on mice. Conclusion BM can be safely used in clinical practice.更多还原
