【摘要】 目的 观察苍辛汤对鼻内窥镜手术术后愈合过程的影响。方法 将行鼻内窥镜手术的98例（146侧）患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组50例（75侧）,对照组48例（71侧）。两组患者术后均常规给予抗生素、激素和排除剂等治疗,但治疗组加服苍辛汤。并定期行鼻内窥镜观察,依照内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效评定标准评价疗效。结果 治疗组术腔肿胀程度较轻、痂皮消退快、术腔清洁,上皮化时间短。治疗组总效率为94.7％,对照组总有效率为80.3％。两组疗效差异有显著性意义。结论 口服苍辛汤可提高鼻内窥镜手术的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of administered Liquid of Xanthii Flos Magnoliae Biondii (LXFMB) on the post-operative therapeutic effect of ESS- Methods 98 cases were randomly divided into treating group and controlling one. Treating group included 50 cases (75 sides) and was administered with LXFMB after operation, in addition to the routine procedures given as in the controlling one. In contrast, 48 cases (71 sides) in controlling group was routinely treated with antibiotics, hormone and expellant after operation. Then, a comparison was made between the two groups on the therapeutic effect of ESS after operation. Results The effective rate is 94. 7% in treating group, significantly higher than that in controlling one 80. 3% .
