【摘要】 目的 探讨周围性眩晕与血瘀的关系及抗瘀治疗的临床意义。方法 随机选择２２例周围性眩晕,分别测试其血浆内皮素(ＥＴ)、血栓素Ｂ２(ＴＸＢ２)、６－酮－前列腺素Ｆｌａ(６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦｌａ)等内皮细胞活性因子和血液流变学,并与正常对照组比较。将其中测试结果符合血瘀证者用潘通(Ｐｅｎｔｏｍｅｒ)静脉滴注治疗。结果１４例周围性眩晕内皮细胞活性因子(ＥＴ、ＴＸＢ２、６－Ｋ－ＰＧＦｌａ)和血液流变学测试值与对照组比较明显异常,符合血瘀证;经潘通２周治疗９例眩晕症状消失、５例缓解,其血瘀证各项指标明显改善。结论 多数周围性眩晕存在血瘀证,内皮细胞活性因子和血液流变学可作为血瘀证眩晕的测试指标,潘通抗瘀作用明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 ve To investigate the relationship between peripheral vertigo and blood stasis, based on the clinical response of anti-stasis therapy for the condition. Methods 22 cases with peripheral vertigo were selected to determined the plasma contents of endothelial cytokines, like ET, TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1 a and the parameters of blood rheology. The results obtained from the cases were then compared with that from normal persons. Furthermore, those, who could be clarified into the syndrome of blood stasis among the cases, were treated by Pentomer intra-venously to observe their response for the anti-stasis therapy. Results Among the treated cases, 14 were clarified into the syndrome of blood stasis based on the abnormal contents of endothelial cytokines and parameters of blood rheology. After 2 weeks following Pentomer therapy, vertigo was disappeared among 9 cases and improved among 5 cases, with very signifi-can improvement of the indexes for blood stasis syndrome. Conclusions Most cases with peripheral vertigo belongs to the syndrome of blood stasis, based on the parameters as above, and Pentomer has significant therapeutic effect on the condition.更多还原
