【摘要】 针对一种无矿石粉堆焊焊条的研制与生产 ,探讨了水玻璃的成分和性能参数对焊条的生产工艺、焊条的外观质量和内在质量以及熔敷金属性能等的影响 .研究表明 :水玻璃的性能参数和成分如果选择不当 ,不但会使该焊条的生产变得困难 ,焊条外观质量变差 ,而且还影响到焊条在焊接过程中的稳弧性、飞溅等工艺性能更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the production and the development of a kind of non mineral powder hardfacing electrode,this paper studied the paramaters and ingredients of the water glass effecting on the non slag electrode’s process of production, appearance qualities and inside qualities ,and on the capability of the deposit metal .The study shows that if the paramaters and ingredients of the water glass are chosen improperly, it will not only make the electrode’s production difficulty, and the electrode’s appearance quality will become bad ,but also effect on the electrode’s arc maintance and sputter,et al. therefore, the study givesan effecient reference to producing electrode with high quality ,high performance and low reject rate,and so on.更多还原
