【摘要】 以合成土样为对象 ,研究了超声波辅助提取苯的条件及其提取效率 ,由此建立了土壤中苯含量的快速制样方法 .在中档超声波场辐射下 ,用 3 0mL丙酮 -正己烷 (体积比 1∶1)分两次萃取 10 .0g合成土样中的苯时所获收率最高 .在选定条件下用于实际土样分析 ,以索氏萃取 4h的结果为基准 ,本方法的平均回收率为 10 1.0 % ,RSD为 1.5 % .更多还原

【Abstract】 A soil sample preparation method was established for extracting Benzene with the aid of ultrasonicwave energy. The optimum parameters for extraction and determination of benzene from soils have been studied in details.The average recovery of berene is 101.0% and the RSD is less than 1.5%.This method is more efficient,time-saving and solvent-saving,compared with the classical Soxhlet extraction.更多还原
