【摘要】 目的:观察智脑胶囊治疗VaD的临床疗效、P300和自由基代谢的变化。方法:90例VaD患者随机单盲分为两组。治疗组(60例)采用智脑胶囊治疗,对照组(30例)口服喜得镇。结果:治疗组总有效率为63.3%,对照组总有效率为53.3%。两组疗效无明显差异(P>0.05)。但治疗组在缩短P300潜伏期、增加波幅以及提高SOD活性、降低LPO含量方面优于对照组,同时智脑胶囊还能提高MMSE、HDS-R积分值,降低ADL积分值,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:智脑胶囊有一定的改善VaD智能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Zhinao capsule in treatment of vascular dementia (VaD) and influence on P300,metabolism of free radical. Methods:90 VaD cases were divided randomly into two groups with single-blind method, 60 cases were administered with Zhinao capsule as treatment group, 30 cases were treated with Hydergine orally as control group. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group were 63.3%, whereas in the control group were 53.3%. The differences between two groups were not significant (P>0.05). On the other hand, the effect of the treatment group in shorting latent period and increasing amplitude of P300, and raise the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and reduce the content of lipid peroxide (LPO) in serum was superior to the control group. Meanwhile the treatment group could increase the scores of mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and Hasegawa’s dementia scale-revision (HDS-R), reduce the scores of activities of daily living (ADL). There was not significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Zhinao capsule has a certain effect on improving mentality of VaD.更多还原
