【摘要】 目的:观察中药补肺固本冲剂对肺通气功能的改善作用,探讨其作用机理。方法:将600例COPD患者随机分为两组,观察组服用补肺固本冲剂,对照组采用安慰剂,均服药1个月,治疗前后测定FEV1.0、MMEF、PEF。结果:治疗组肺功能各项指标的改善较对照组有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:补肺固本冲剂具有补益肺肾之功,能够明显改善COPD患者肺通气功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of herb to reinforce lung and consolidate origin on the ventilative function of lung. Methods:600 patients suffered from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) were divided into two groups randomly, one group given the herb and the other group given placebo with 1 month’s treatment. All the patients were measured FEV1.0, MMEF and PEF before and after the treatment. Results:Compared with the control group, the ventilative function of lung in the research group ascends significantly (P<0.01). Conclusions:The herb, with function to reinforce lung and kidney, can improve the ventilative function of lung obviously.更多还原
