复方姜萸汤有效部分超临界CO2流体萃取的对比实验

【摘要】 目的:研究对比SFE-CO2技术在复方有效部分提取中的作用和优点。方法:用SFE-CO2法、水煎法、水蒸气蒸馏法提取姜萸汤镇痛物,以挥发油得率和镇痛率为指标,进行对比。结果:SFE-CO2合提法与分提法提取物挥发油得率分别为1.44%、1.42%,其有效部分混合物镇痛率分别为72.5%、73.05%;水蒸气蒸馏法提取物挥发油得率为0.027%,镇痛率11.68%;水煎法镇痛率为32.5%。结论:SFE-CO2法提取复方姜萸汤有效部分在挥发油得率和镇痛率上均比水煎法和水蒸气蒸馏法为优。

【Abstract】 Objective:Studying and contrasting the effect and advantage about SFE-CO2 used in compound contracting. Metheds:Contracting the antipainted parts of compound Jiangyutang with SFE-CO2 boiling,steam distillation,contrasting them under the index of antipainted rate and achievable rate of naphtha. Result:Seperately, the achievable rate and antipainted rate are:SFE-CO2(combining)1.42%, 72.5%;SFE-CO2(dividing)1.44%, 73.05%;Boiling 32.5%;Steam distillation 0.027%, 11.68%. Conclusion: Contrasted with boiling and steam distillation, SFE-CO2 is better both in antipainted rate and achievable rate of naphtha.
