【摘要】 目的:观察暖脐散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效及药理作用。方法:临床研究共观察60例腹泻患儿,随机分为两组,治疗组30例用暖脐散敷脐,对照组30例用十香暖脐膏敷脐,比较两组疗效。实验研究观察暖脐散外敷对大黄脾虚小鼠小肠推进运动的影响;对阿托品负荷小鼠小肠推进运动的影响;对新斯的明负荷小鼠小肠推进运动的影响;对大黄脾虚小鼠小肠SOD活性的影响。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。动物实验表明,暖脐散能够明显抑制大黄脾虚病理模型小鼠小肠推进率,提高SOD活性,保护细胞和组织,促使肠粘膜病理改变恢复到正常的生理状态。结论:暖脐散能够发挥扶正祛邪、抗炎止泻的效应,对多种小儿腹泻疗效较好,使用方便,无毒副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect and pharmacological action of Nuanqi powder in infantile diarrhea. Methods: Clinical trial: 60 diarrhea infants were divided into the treated group and the control group at random. As the treated group, 30 patients were applied with Nuanqi powder on navel, while the other group with Shixiangnuanqi Paste. Experiment research: We studied the influences of applying Nuanqi powder to the small intestine抯 propulsion sport on mice of splenic asthenia caused by rhubarb, atropine loading and neostigmine model, and to superoxide cismutase(SOD)抯 activity in rhubarb 搒plenic asthenia?mice. Results: There was significant difference in efficiency(P<0.05) between the treated group and the control group (90.0% vs 66.7%). Animal experiments indicated that Nuanqi powder could obviously inhibit the small intestine抯 propulsion sport rate of the 搒plenic asthenia?pathologic model mice caused by rhubarb, increase the activity of SOD, protect cells and tissues, and improve the pathologic changes of intestinal mucosa. Conclusion: Nuanqi powder could strengthen healthy qi and eliminate pathogens, eliminate inflammation and stop diahrrea. It has better curative effect than Shixiangnuanqi paste. On the other hand, this drug has many other advantages, such as be convenient, and no toxic action and side effect.更多还原
