【摘要】 目的:研究地图舌的临床意义。方法:在门诊和幼儿园调查的基础上,通过对比分析,观察有无地图舌小儿反复呼吸道感染、厌食的发生率和体重的差别以及对中医治疗的反应,以探讨地图舌的临床意义。结果:地图舌小儿反复呼吸道感染、厌食的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),体重明显低于对照组(P<0.05);采用中医益气养阴方法治疗后,地图舌的范围及患儿的食量都有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:地图舌具有临床意义,符合中医的传统理论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical significance of the geographic tongue. Methods:On the basis of the survey on the children from the kindergartens and the pediatric clinics, by contrast analysis, to investigate the differences between the geographic tongue children(the study group) and the non-geographic tongue children (the control group) in the percentages of repeated respiratory tract infection, anorexia and weigh loss, and the treatment reaction of the geographic tongue children to the traditional Chinese medicine, so as to study the clinical significance of the geographic tongue. Results:The percentages of repeated respiratory tract infection, anorexia and weigh loss in the study group are much higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The range of the geographic tongue and the appetite in the study group have been improved significantly after the treatment with "improving Qi and supplying Yin" Chinese medicine (P<0.05). Conclusion:The geographic tongue is a sign with clinical significance, that is in accordance with the traditional theory of the Chinese medicine.更多还原
