【摘要】 目的:研究中药复方“清宫龙凤宝”治疗阳痿的药理药效。方法:采用肾虚小白鼠动物模型观察药物对实验动物机体状况的改善,运用去势小白鼠观察药物的雄激素活性作用,通过大白鼠交配实验及血清性激素(T、LH、FSH)的检测,对中药复方清宫龙凤宝的补肾壮阳的药理药效进行了研究。结果:①清宫龙凤宝能升高肾虚小白鼠体温(P<0.05),增加其自动活动次数(P<0.05),延长肾虚小白鼠低温游泳成活时间(P<0.05),但对肾虚小白鼠体重的增加作用不明显(P<0.05)。②清宫龙凤宝对去势小白鼠附性器官重量的增加作用不明显(P<0.05);③清宫龙凤宝能增加雄性大白鼠扑捉雌鼠的次数(P<0.05),但作用远逊于丙酸睾丸素;对小白鼠血清性激素的影响:服用清宫龙凤宝后,血清睾酮浓度升高(P<0.05),黄体生成素浓度降低(P<0.05),卵泡刺激素浓度降低(P<0.05)。结论:具有补肾壮阳作用的清宫龙凤宝,虽有一定的类性激素样作用,但绝不是仅有单纯的类性激素样作用;推测清宫龙凤宝是通过调节下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴发生性激素样作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pharmacological and pharmacodynamical effect of Chinese prescription Qin Gong Long Feng Bao in treating impotence. Methods:To observe the constitution improvement of experimental animal by kidney-deficiency mice after drinking the prescription;To observe the androgen effect of Chinese prescription applying the unsexual mice;To investigate the pharmacological and pharmacodynamical effect of tonifying kidney and invigorating Yang of Chinese prescription Qin Gong Long Feng Bao by rats copulation and serum hormone(T,LH,FSH). Results:①Qin Gong Long Feng Bao could increase the temperature of kidney deficiency mice(P<0.05);increase the number of times of automatic activity (P<0.05);prolong the survial period during hypothermia swimming (P<0.05);however, weight increase of kidney deficiency mice is not obvious(P>0.05);②Weight increasenent of accessory apparatus of unisexual mice is not obvious after using Qin Gong Long Feng Bao(P>0.05);③Qin Gong Long Feng Bao could increase the times of chasing pantheress mice (P<0.05), but the effectiveness is lower than testosterone propionate. The effectiveness of serum hormone:Afering applying Qin Gong Long Feng Bao, the density of testosterone propionate increase (P<0.05);the density of luternizing hormone decrease(P<0.05);the density of follicle stimulating hormone decrease (P<0.05). Conclusion:Qin Gong Long Feng Bao has function to tonify kidney and invigorate Yang has similar effectiveness of sexual hormone, but more than this;Suppose the similar effectiveness of sexual hormone of Qin Gong Long Feng Bao take place through adjustment of hypothalamus-pitutary-gonad axis.更多还原
