【摘要】 目的:验证纯中药制剂丹黄消炎液对糖尿病足坏疽创面临床抑菌及促愈效果。方法:治疗组30例用丹黄消炎液,对照组30例用甲硝唑G液,均用药液外敷20min/d,疗程7～10d。进行治疗前后脓培养,并以创面局部情况及微生物为依据判定疗效。结果:治疗组显效率46.7%,总有效率83.3%;对照组显效20%,总有效率36.6%。经Ridit分析,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组。结论:中药丹黄消炎液外敷在抑菌、消炎方面优于甲硝唑,而且在改善局部微循环、微环境上有良好作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Prove the clinic bacteriostatic effect and promoting healing action of Chinese drug“DanHuang anti-inflammatory juice”on the foot gangrene complicated by diabetes. Method:Treatment group 30 cases are treated with the above drug juice compress and control group 30 cases are done with the metronidazole G solution compress, respectively is kept for 20minutes a day, and one course of treatment is 7～10 days. Biopyocultrue is done before and after treatment, and efficiency of treatment is judged according to the local presentations on the surface of wound and amount of bacteria. Results:The effective rate of treatment group is 46.7%, total effective rate is 83.3%;the effective rate of control group is 20%, total effective rate is 36.6%. Conclusion:The external application of Chinese herb preparations has not only better bacteriostatic and anti-inflammatory effects than the metronidazole G, but also better actions on improving microcirculation and immunologic function of local surface of wound. The antibiotics for external application, such as metronidazole G etc, easily produces drug resistance, and has no other effects contained by the Chinese herbal drugs.更多还原
