【摘要】 目的:用动物实验方法,研究粗叶榕根乙醇提取液治疗支气管炎,咳、痰、喘三种症状的效果及其药理作用。方法:给豚鼠腹腔注射粗叶榕根乙醇提取液,能显著地增大方波刺激迷走神经的引咳阈值;给小白鼠灌胃,能非常显著地增加其呼吸道的酚红排泌量;给蛙口腔粘膜滴提取液,粘膜上皮纤毛运动速度明显加快;该提取液能非常显著地延长给豚鼠组氨喷雾的引喘潜伏期;对豚鼠离体气管容积也有一定扩大效应。结果与结论:粗叶榕根乙醇提取液有明显的镇咳、祛痰和平喘作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: A study on the results and pharmacologic effects of curing three kinds of symptoms of bronchitis(cough, sputum and stridor) by the liquid extracted from Ficus simplicissima Lour. was done through animal experiments. Methods: Injecting liquid extracted from Ficus simplicissima Lour. root by the alcohol into the abnominal cavity of a guinea pig can obviously increase the threshold value of causing cough got by stimulating vagus nerve with square wave. Filling the liquid into a little white rat抯 stomach can greatly increase the excretory amount of phenolsulphonphthalein of its respiratory tract. Dropping this liquid into the oral cavity mocosa of a frog can evidently accelerate its ciliary movement. The liquid can distinctly lengthen the incubation of causing stridor of a quinea pig by using histamine spray, and has a certain enlarging effect on the volume of the guinea pig抯 widpipe in vitro.Resull and Conclusion:The ethanol liquid extrated from Ficus simplicissima Lour. root can distinctly eliminate cough, sputum and stridor.更多还原
