【摘要】 目的:比较不同产地苍术的急性毒性及丹徒苍术对中枢神经系统的影响及抗氧化作用。方法:测定不同产地苍术70%乙醇提取物灌胃给药对小鼠的LD50及镇静、抗惊厥作用及血清中MDA含量。结果:不同产地苍术LD50值有显著差别;江苏丹徒苍术有中枢抑制作用及抗氧化活性。结论:苍术药材产地对其内在质量和药效有显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the acute toxicity of Atracylodes lancea rhizoma from five locations in China , And to study inhibiting action on CNS and antioxidation of the drug from Jiangsu province Dantu. Methods: The LD50 data of 70% ethanol extracts of these drugs from five locations were determined in mice. The sedation, anticonvulsion and antioxidation of the drug from Jiansu province Dantu were determined in mice too. Results: The LD50 data of Atracylodes lancea rhizoma from different locations were different significantly. The drug from Jiangsu Dantu have inhibiting action on CNS and antioxidation. Conclusion: The productive locations of crude drug have effects on its quality and pharmacodynamic action significantly .更多还原
