【摘要】 目的　探讨婴幼儿轮状病毒感染诊断方法。方法　用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(PAGE)检测轮状病毒RNA。结果　 41份腹泻婴幼儿粪便标本中有 16份为RNA阳性 ,阳性率为 39%。结论　用PAGE电泳方法检测轮状病毒RNA准确可靠 ,不易出现假阳性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the dignostic method of rotavirus infection of infantile.Method Polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to detect rotavirus RNA in fecal samples from infantile with diarrhoea.Result There was 16 positive of rotavirus RNA in 41 fecal samples from infantile with diarrhea,positive rate is 39%.Conclusion Detection of rotavirus RNA from fecal samples with PAGE is reliable and no false positive result.更多还原
