【摘要】 目的　探讨活血通络类中药双龙丸对心肌梗死后心脏血流动力学的影响。方法　结扎左冠状动脉的大鼠 76只随机分为双龙丸大剂量组、双龙丸小剂量组、双嘧达莫组和心梗对照组 ,另将 1 0只未造模的同龄鼠作为正常对照组。分组治疗至观察终点 (每组半数治疗至 2周、半数治疗至 4周时结束 ) ,分别于股动脉和颈总动脉插管 ,应用八导生理记录仪检测心脏血流动力学参数。结果　治疗 2周和 4周 ,双龙丸大、小剂量组和双嘧达莫组较心梗对照组+dp/dtmax显著增高 ,但仍较正常对照组为低。 2周时 ,双龙丸大剂量组尚较心梗对照组 -dp/dtmax也显著增高。 结论　双龙丸治疗心肌梗死能提高心脏左室最大收缩速率 ,大剂量应用对其早期左室舒张功能也有改善作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the influence of Shuanglong Pill(SLP),which is to be promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in channels,on cardial haemodynamics in myocardial infaction(MI) rats.Methods Seventy six rats ligated left coronary artery were randomly devided into large-dose group of SLP(LDG),small-dose group of SLP(SDG),the control of dipyridamole(DC) and the control of MI(MIC),and 10 rats unligated left coronary artery were the normal control(NC).All treated untill end-point(ended when one half of every group had been treated for 2 weeks and the other half for 4 weeks),then spiled in femoral and common carotid artery.Parameters of cardiac haemodynamics monitored with eight-lead physiological recorder. Results The +dp/dtmax in LDG,SDG and DC group were significantly higher than MIC group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,but it is lower than NC group still.The -dp/dt max in LDG group were significantly higher than in MIC group at 2 weeks after treatment.Conclusions Treated MI with SLP could increase left ventricular systolic maximum velocity,and it also improve the diastolic phase function of left ventricular during the acute stage of MI by using large dose.更多还原
